- 38th week scan

- Lamaze -3 sessions
- Prenatal yoga- once a week (12 sessions)

Gestational diabetes diet counseling is not included in

The patient/client can choose only Yoga and Lamze.
Spouse welcome for the last 4 sessions of prenatal yoga
