“PRENATAL FITNESS PROGRAMME” is for those with normal and uncomplicated pregnancies. One can start an exercise programme from as early as the second trimester (week 13 to 26 of pregnancy). These exercises can be relaxing and enjoyable and they should be done regularly.

  • Fitness Slots: Morning, Evening and Weekend Classes
  • Counselling Sessions: Throughout the week (spouse encouraged to attend)
  • Duration: From 24th week onwards, right till the delivery
